Our Workflow
For A Successful Project
Discovery
Meeting
During a site visit or video call, we gather information about a project to better understand vision, goals, and scope. This helps identify key stakeholders and define the objectives of the project within the integrated system. The more information we “discover” during this meeting, the greater our success. Our goal is to deliver the highest business value in the shortest amount of time.
Quote
Estimation
With the information gathered during DISCOVERY, we work on a tailored solution; focusing on the identified function, fit within the overall system, and the value it can provide to your organization and team going forward. This basically boils down to a quick ROI and added value to your client or process.
Concept
Approval
Once the project is executed, an initial concept is created and presented to you and your team for approval. This step allows key stakeholders a chance to weigh-in on the design or analysis approach and correct any misunderstanding before the deliverable is finalized.
Final
Approval
Once the design or analysis effort is completed, our teams meet together one last time to present the solution and answer any questions. This is a chance to see the final product and have it presented before receiving the contract deliverable (e.g., engineering report, drawing package, machine build, etc.).
